Mutabilities - Propositions to an unknown universe

The exhibition Mutabilities - Propositions to an unknown universe opened at The Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetū in September. The exhibition combines works from the past 5 years following the duos' volcanic artist residency in Whakatane in 2018, visiting Whakaari/ White Island twice.
Transformation is at heart in this exhibition featureing photographic works, collage, drawing and small and large scale sculptures.
In May Edwards+Johann completed a months long artist residency at Sutton House, here in Ōtautahi where the large sculptures and diorama boxes were developed and made.
